Yes. The capsule shell is made from HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), a plant-derived material suitable for vegetarians. Primiva does not contain gelatine.

Taking Primiva
Take one capsule per day, preferably with your morning or midday meal and a full glass of water. Consistency helps - pick a time that fits your existing routine. Do not exceed one capsule per day.
Simply continue the next day. Do not take two capsules to compensate. Missing an occasional day is nothing to be concerned about - just resume your regular routine.
